All right! Here’s what we gathered from you guys after some crazy debating online. MSN is a very lousy way of communicating. Anyhow, here are some of the details:

Date: To be confirmed (we’ll be asking seniors first)
Activity: Sentosa outing + BBQ
Meeting place: Harbourfront MRT station (NEL)
Meeting time: To be confirmed (we’ll be starting in the morning!)

Things we need to settle:
1. Exact activities at Sentosa (discuss in school together)
2. Lunch

The duration of JTS is expected to be: from 10am in the morning to past 9. The venue for the BBQ is to be kept unknown (for reasons only known to us).

BBQ Hard Equipment (Included just for reference)
1. 2 bags of charcoal from NTUC
2. 2 wiremesh from NTUC
3. 1 box of firestarters from NTUC
4. 1 brush (for buttering food) from NTUC
5. Sufficient untensils for eating from NTUC
6. Sufficient serviettes from NTUC
7. 1 lighter
8. 3 aluminium trays

**Note:
1. Food will be bought some of the guys on the day itself. And they will be the ones deciding what food to buy.
2. In the case of wet weather, the BBQ segment will be shifted and cooking will be done indoors.
